Tell me more about the automatic renewal of your services.

How does renewal work for my package?

At Intelligent Web Solutions we operate an automatic renewal system for customer convenience.

this means if we do NOT hear from you before the end of your original term we will assume you are happy with the service and you wish to carry on with the service for another term.

This does mean once a package has passed its original anniversary date (ie: the end of the first 12 month agreement) it is renewed on the same terms as the previous agreement - for a further 12 month period.

 

I wasn't told the package automatically renewed at the end of its term?

All customers are informed the package is renewed automatically at the start of your package, it is stated in our terms and conditions and this is confirmed again with our package confirmation and frequently asked questions which are sent out in the welcome pack you received via email at the start of your term.

Every customer is given the opportunity to request manual renewal on their packages at ANY point during the original term of the package. All that's needed is an email through to our support team requesting manual renewal and we will contact you closer to the date to confirm whether you wish to renew or not.
